What I collect. When you join the List, I collect the information you give me: your name, email, LinkedIn URL, optional website, role and location, the kinds of opportunities you’d be open to, your areas of expertise, and anything else you choose to tell me. When a company submits a request, I collect their contact and company details and a description of what they need.

How I use it. I use your information to identify opportunities that may be a fit for you and to contact you about them. Your information is not added to a public searchable database.

What I don’t do. I don’t sell your personal information. I don’t give companies direct access to my records. Companies tell me who they need; I do the matching.

Sharing. If I think a specific opportunity is a fit, I may share relevant details about you with the company involved so a conversation can happen. You can tell me to stop at any time.

Your choices. You can ask me to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing me. I’ll act on it.

Service providers. I use standard third-party services to host the site, store data and send email. They process information on my behalf.

Changes. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I’ll update this page.
