I made Allison’s List because people keep asking me who I know. Women apply for free and tell me what they’d say yes to. Companies tell me who they need. I make the match.
Allison’s List is by application. I read and approve every member myself, which takes up to two weeks. After that you don’t have to keep up with anything — go live your life. I’ll be in touch when something worth your time comes along.

I’ve spent the last decade opening doors for women in tech. In 2015, while I was at Google, I organized a meetup for women in the industry at a coffee shop in Manhattan. That became Tech Ladies — more than 100,000 women, a job board, events and a private network. I bootstrapped it from about $500 and a laptop to millions in revenue, and it was acquired in 2023.
Before Tech Ladies I worked at Google, on Google Play, and at Foursquare. I went on to start Juniper and have written for CNBC Make It. Mercury recently profiled my work in a piece called “in the business of opening doors.”
Now I run Willa, helping women build careers that thrive in the AI era. Allison’s List is just the next version of what I keep doing anyway: someone asks me who I know, and I know her.
